Chicken BBQ Form Introduction
Completing the following form will request your reservation for the West Penn Township Lions Club Chicken BBQ on June 1st, 2024. Once your reservation has been submitted, a Lions member will contact you within 72 hours to confirm your reservation. The tickets will be held for you at the event.
